Refunds are available if the product fails to perform as described or if technical issues cannot be resolved by our support team. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Customized printing services, downloadable digital products, and items purchased during clearance sales are non-refundable.
To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@proprintwork.com with your order details and issue description. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund if processing has begun.
Proprintwork reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
